But we are exploring partnerships with regional gas suppliers so that we can establish liquefied natural gas supply across the region.

We believe you should hear the real requirements at the start. LNG isn’t a drop-in substitution, and it arrives cold, needs regasification, requires a site built for it.

In fact, the plant comes first. We would rather set all of that out now than discover it together at a first delivery on your site.

Regasification and site requirements

We would need all of these in place on your site, and we’d confirm each of them with you, before LNG becomes worth discussing seriously.

But LNG is delivered cold and stored cryogenically, so a receiving site needs vacuum-insulated storage, a vaporiser sized to its draw, the standing room both of those require.

The equipment specification depends on your draw profile, and the position we’d work to is [TBC: specification].

In fact, boil-off, pressure management, cold-surface safety are all handled differently from liquid fuels, and your crews would need training before a first delivery.

The applicable handling requirement is [TBC: standard], and the supply routes we are assessing are [TBC: geography].
