Transport & Logistics
We move fuel from depot to site on our own tracked vehicles, against a schedule you agree in advance.
Standalone haulage
In fact, plenty of operators who buy fuel have no need for us to supply it. Some of you hold your own product and simply need it moved, discharged, documented.
We believe a load is our responsibility from the gantry to the discharge point, so we run those movements on our own vehicles, under the monitoring we apply to every load we carry. We price them per movement, which means you pay for the journey you actually need instead of a share of somebody else’s.

We run three services off one fleet. The same vehicles and crews handle all of them.
Bulk Tanker Haulage
Our fleet of tankers and bulk carriers handles diesel, petrol and hazardous materials to [TBC: standard] handling standards, so a classified load travels on a vehicle equipped for it.
View productGPS-Tracked Delivery
We track every load in real time with round-the-clock monitoring, so you see it without calling the depot.
View productCross-Border Transport
Regional movements beyond Zambia are [TBC: geography]. We confirm routing, permits, border handling per contract before accepting an order.
View productRoutes, vehicles and drivers
We fix each of these before accepting a load, because a route problem found in transit is expensive.
But we assess a route before agreeing a movement, looking at road condition, permitted axle loading, the space your site can offer a loaded vehicle.
And where a route crosses a border we confirm clearance in advance, so your load isn’t held at a post while paperwork is found.
In fact, we maintain our vehicles to [TBC: standard], equipping them as that standard requires. Our drivers are trained in spill management, emergency response, defensive driving before they take a load.
We record driver hours and vehicle assignment against every movement, which means a question about a delivery has an answer we can show you.
Our scheduling process
We work through four stages for every movement, and each one leaves a record you can ask for.
Requirement
We agree the product, the volume, the origin, the destination with you, along with the window your site can receive in.
Assignment
We allocate a vehicle and a driver against the route and the axle loading that route will carry safely.
Monitoring
We track the movement from loading to discharge, so a deviation raises an alert while we can still act on it.
Signed note
We record the volume you receive on a signed note, reconciling it against the volume that left the depot.
How we quote a window
We schedule against your consumption, and we quote a window we can actually meet.
We would rather quote a delivery window we can meet than a lower price we cannot. That is why we schedule against your consumption before we price the movement for you.
We agree the window at acceptance and set it against the vehicles we can assign to your route that week.
Related services
These three services run off the same fleet, so you can combine them on a single account.

Send us the origin, the destination and the product, and we’ll tell you what we can run.
