Automated Dispensing
We meter every draw on your site, so consumption is recorded against plant and operator.
Fuel without a logbook
We attribute every draw as it happens, which removes the reconstruction at the end of a month.
In fact, our automated dispensing systems meter every draw. Consumption is recorded against the plant and the operator as fuel is issued, instead of estimated later.
Authorisation is by tag or code, so you keep control of an unattended dispensing point. Fuel can’t be drawn by a vehicle nobody has put on the system.
We believe a site should never guess what it burned. We enter nothing into the system by hand. The record is produced as the fuel is issued, so nobody reconstructs it from a paper log afterwards.
What the system records
We capture three fields at every draw, and together they make an unusual figure visible.
Volume and time
We record the metered volume, a timestamp, at the exact moment the nozzle closes on your vehicle.
Plant and operator
We identify the vehicle drawing and the operator authorising it by tag before dispensing starts, so every litre issued is attributed to a single named unit.
Running total
We accumulate consumption against each unit automatically, and that’s what makes an unusual draw visible while it still means something.
Commissioning a dispensing point
We work through three visits from survey to handover, so nothing is specified before we’ve seen the site.
Survey
We look at your draw volume, your vehicle movement, the standing room available before specifying any equipment.
Installation
We install the tank, the bund, the dispensing point, the metering, inspecting containment against [TBC: standard].
Handover
We issue the tags, train your operators on the point, set up reporting access for you as the account holder.
Equipment detail
We specify each of these after the site survey, so none of them is quoted from a catalogue.

A dispensing specification
We survey your site before we quote, so ask us to come and look at it first.
