GPS-Tracked Delivery
We track every load in real time, so you can see where your fuel is at any point.
Live position of your load
We monitor every load from the depot gate to discharge. You can see it without calling us.
But we track every load in real time with round-the-clock monitoring. You can see where your fuel is and when it will reach you without ever calling the depot to ask.
The same record answers the question afterwards, so a dispute about arrival time, standing time or route is settled against the tracking log instead of anyone’s memory.
Monitoring and exceptions
We believe you should never have to ask where your fuel is. We built the monitoring to catch problems in transit, because a problem found later is a loss.
In fact, a deviation from the planned route raises an alert while your load is still moving, so your team can act on it the same day instead of finding it in the monthly reconciliation.
Nothing here depends on a phone call. Unplanned stops, extended standing time, out-of-hours movement are all visible against the movement reference.
But we confirm arrival against the delivery note instead of a phone call. Your site record and our depot record then agree without a reconciliation exercise.
We retain tracking data under [TBC: standard], with the log available to you as the account holder whenever you ask for it.
From depot to signature
We record four points automatically on every movement, so none of them depends on someone remembering.
Dispatch
We log the vehicle, the driver, the volume at the depot gate before your load leaves.
Route
We report position continuously against the plan, so an alert reaches us while your load is still moving and can still be redirected.
Arrival
We timestamp arrival at your site automatically, which removes the phone call that usually confirms it.
Signature
We reconcile the volume you signed for against the volume we dispatched, investigating any difference we find.
Acting in transit
We raise a deviation while your team can still do something about it.
A deviation we raise in transit is one your team can still solve that day, and we alert you as soon as the vehicle leaves the planned route.
The same deviation surfacing in a monthly reconciliation has already cost you the product, so we monitor continuously instead of reporting after the fact.
Alongside this service
The record is yours. Tracking applies to these movements too, so you can combine them on one account.
The tracking in practice
We’ll walk you through a live movement so you can see what the record actually shows.
