Getting AGO to your site
We hold the product at depot, dispatching it against a delivery window agreed with you first.
In fact, Automotive gas oil is the product most of our accounts are built on. We hold it at depot ahead of demand, so a window we agree with you is set against stock instead of a cargo still at sea.
We dispatch your load on a tracked tanker and supervise the discharge into your storage. The volume you receive goes onto a signed note we reconcile against the volume that left the depot.
We believe a supply account should be boring. Where your site draws continuously we contract for the season, pricing against the agreed term.
The delivery sequence
We account for your load at five separate points, and each one leaves a record you can ask us for.
Stock allocation
We commit the volume against depot inventory, reserving your stock before we schedule the load.
Gantry loading
We meter the volume at the gantry, recording it against the vehicle, the movement reference.
Monitored transit
We monitor the vehicle from the depot gate to your site, and a deviation raises an alert immediately.
Supervised transfer
We transfer the product into your storage under supervision by our driver and your authorised person.
Volume reconciliation
We match the volume you signed for against the volume we dispatched, and we investigate any gap.
Product detail
We confirm each of these against your site before we accept an order, so none is a general claim. We do not publish any of them in advance.
